Frequently Asked Questions
How do I save a draft?
On the data entry form, click the Save as Draft button at the bottom of the page. Your submission will be saved and you can return to complete it later. Draft submissions appear in the "View / Edit Saved Drafts" section on your home page.
How do I finalize a submission?
Once all required fields are complete, click the Finalize Submission button on the data entry form. Finalized submissions are locked and will be included in exports and reports. You will be prompted to confirm before finalizing.
Who can edit finalized submissions?
Finalized submissions can only be edited if the program administrator has enabled submission editing in System Settings. Contact your QI Coach or program support team if you need to edit a finalized record.
How do I enter periodic data?
Navigate to Enter Periodic Data in the sidebar. Periodic data entries are separate from primary patient submissions and capture practice-level information at regular intervals defined by the program.
How do I export my data?
Click Export My Data in the sidebar to download your submissions in CSV format. You can filter the export by date range and submission status. Only finalized submissions are included in exports by default.
